 Ingredients :
  • 1 cup rice, previously soaked
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  •  
     How to Prepare :
    Bring the water to boil adding salt in it. Once the water is boiled, add the rice. Stir for few seconds and let the water evaporate, keeping the heat on medium. Once the water is evaporated, check whether the rice is cooked. If the rice is tender, turn off the heat.

    Boiled rice is ready; serve with curry of your own choice.
