 Ingredients :
  • 1 kilo boneless chicken (cubed)
  • 2 medium sized onions, finely chopped
  • 2 small sized onions,(cubed)
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes (cubed)
  • 1 large green or yellow capsicum (cubed)
  • 2 tsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp. turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp. ground garam masala
  • 1 tsp. coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup oil
  •  
     How to Prepare :
    Take a large vessel or cooking pot, fry the chopped onions in the oil till lightly brown. Add the garlic, ginger, red chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and chopped tomatoes. Cover and allow the tomatoes to tenderize. Add the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is slightly tender.

    Take a few teaspoons of oil and put in a separate frying pan. Heat and add the cubed onion, capsicum, tomatoes, green chilies and garam masala. Fry this for a while till the vegetables soften lightly. Do not over burn the capsicum and other ingredients. Add this mixture into the vessel containing cooked chicken. Mix evenly and allow keep stirring for another 1-2 minutes.

    Serve hot with boiled rice or roti.
