750 ml milk 3 tbsp rice powder 3 tbsp sugar ½ tsp cardamom powder 1 tbsp rose water 100 gram whip cream 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
How to Prepare :
Take some milk and mix rice powder to smooth cream. Take a pot, boil milk with sugar. Remove from heat and add the rice mixture. Then, return to heat the pot and stir until the mixture thickens. Add cardamom, rose water and ½ of pistachios just before removing from heat.
Pour into two individual small bowls and decorate with remaining pistachios and top with whip cream.
