 Ingredients :
  • 1/2 kilo or 500 gm minced meat
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  •
     How to Prepare :
Take a medium cooking pot ,fry the onion in the oil till golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and further fry for one minute. Add the curry powder, cinnamon, chili powder, turmeric, coriander, and cumin and stir to blend. Add little water and fry. Add the meat and cook, stirring to break up any lumps. Let it cook in its own water.

When the meat is slightly tender, add peas, tomatoes, lime juice and green chilies. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Continue cooking until the peas are tender. Dry up the excess water. Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve with parathas or roti.
