 Ingredients :
  • 1/2 kilo minced meat
  • 1 medium sized chopped onion
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 4 tbsp Corn meal (makkai ka atta)
  • 2 tsp ginge-garlicr paste
  • 2 tbsp crushed cumin seeds (zeera)
  • 2 tbsp crushed dried red chilies
  • 2 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp pomegranate seeds
  • 2-3 chopped green chilies
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/2 cup of fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • oil for frying

     How to Prepare :
    Add all the ingredients to the mince meat and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes .

    Then make into flat pattis and shallow-fry in oi on slow heat. Take out when browned.

    Serve with lemon sprinkled on them with tamarind sauce.
