 Ingredients :
For dough:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp oil to make dough
  • 1 tsp salt or as desired
  • water as desired
  • 1 cup steamed and finely chopped spinach leaves (palak)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp whole zeera
  • ½ tsp crushed coriander seeds
  • Oil for cooking parathas
  •  
     How to Prepare :
    Mix the flour, spinach and spices well. Now, add the 1 tbsp of oil and knead with little water to form dough. Leave for 10-15 minutes.

    Then divide the dough into small balls. Roll the balls into small chapattis and shallow fry on medium heat in a frying pan until very lightly brown.

    Serve the parathas hot with yoghurt.
