Fry onions in oil until golden brown. Add garlic-ginger paste and fry for 1 minute. Then add the spices, sauté for few seconds and then add tomatoes. Put little water in tomatoes to cook until they are tender. Once tomatoes are tender, add the yoghurt. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and finally add the liver cubes. Fry for few minutes and then add enough water to cook the liver on medium heat.
Once the liver is tender and water dried , turn off the heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or naan.
