  1 1/2 lb Lean lamb,cubed 5 tbs Vegetable oil 2 Cinnamon sticks 6 Cloves 1tbs Cardamom seeds 2 medium chopped onions 2 Garlic cloves crushed 1 1/2 Inch fresh ginge, peeled and chopped 1 1/4 cup Yoghurt 1 tsp saffron threads, soaked in 2 tbs boiling water 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 cup grounded almonds 1 tsp salt or as desired 1 1/2 cup Coconut milk 2 dried red chillis
